Movement & Strength Guidance:
Partner with Liz (NASM-Certified Personal Trainer) to safely reintroduce movement and rebuild strength after birth. Her approach focuses on confidence and consistency, helping you reconnect with your body, avoid overexertion, and find the balance between healing and progress.
